Christelle Ndayisaba

Christelle Ndayisaba is a Cost Consultant with more than five years of experience in preconstruction and cost estimating. She has contributed to more than 30 projects totaling over $2 billion in construction value, with experience in both negotiated and competitive procurement environments. Her experience includes detailed quantity takeoffs, cost estimating, subcontractor bid analysis and leveling, scope development, constructability reviews, and preparation of project budgets throughout the design process. She has worked on large-scale and technically complex projects across a variety of building types. At Venue, Christelle provides cost planning and estimating services throughout the design process, working with owners, architects, consultants, and contractors to develop reliable budgets, evaluate design options, identify cost risks, and support informed project decisions.
