Fawad Khan

Fawad Khan is a Cost Consultant and preconstruction professional with experience providing estimating and cost management services for complex construction projects ranging from $6 million to more than $2 billion. He holds a master’s degree in construction management and brings experience in cost estimating, quantity takeoffs, bid evaluation, subcontractor procurement, value engineering, and constructability reviews. His project experience spans a range of sectors, including multifamily residential, senior living, healthcare, education, commercial, mixed-use, retail, and renovation projects throughout the United States and the UAE. At Venue, Fawad supports project teams through cost planning and analysis, working with owners, architects, consultants, and contractors to align project scope and design decisions with established budgets, evaluate value opportunities, and identify potential cost and constructability risks throughout the design process.
